correctly, as listed, and as quickly as possible.  We have decided to create this store policy
section, to answer frequent questions and let our customers know our policies
to avoid any miscommunication.    We thank you for taking your time to read

DESCRIPTIONS:
We try our
best to list every item to the best of our abilities.  Please message us if there are any mistakes
or questions.  Please understand we are
only a seller of these products and are not licensed electricians, and it would be
irresponsible to offer any opinions on work we are not professionals in.  We are glad to answers about the physical nature
and specifications of the items, but we cannot answer any technical,
functional, or installations questions.  For
branded item please check manufacturers websites for more detail.  Also every manufacturer has different colors
and specifications.
SHIPPING
:
We ship a
minimum of 3 days a week, but usually more. 
Handling time is normally is 1 day or less.   Our
cutoff for shipping each day is 3 PM Eastern. 
Anything purchased after that is considered purchased the following
day.  Fridays is noon, we not ship
Saturday and Sunday.
The only
shipping service we use are Fedex Ground (3-5 days), USPS Priority (2-3 Days)
and First Class Mail (3-7 days).  This
choice is made at our discretion based on weight, transit time, and pick up
schedule
.   This is always made in mind of getting the
product out asap at the lowest cost to the customer.   If you
have a preference please let us know.  We
apologize but we do not have the resources to accommodate Express delivery requests
or ship via your own account.  If your
order is time sensitive, even though we hate turning away business, we also
hate disappointing you, you may want to seek better options.  Generally your order will arrive via the
service times listed above plus 1 day handling time.  Shipments leave from New Jersey, so transit
times will be based on this.
SHIPPING COSTS:
Some of our
listings have shipping quotes or is shipped free with cost factored in.  Please know we try to be the
fairest in pricing.

shipping of multiple of a single item please click the shipping tab for
combined “each additional” pricing.
– For
combined shipping of multiples different items, please contact us prior to purchasing
if you are not happy with the listed price. 
We will need each listing, qty, and shipping location to give you an
exact quote.  Once an item is paid for we
do not refund shipping charges.
SALES/MARKDOWNS
From time to
time we have sales in our store.
Sale pricing is only valid during the
sale period
.  We do not give
refunds or credit adjustments if something is purchased outside a sale
period.  This means if something is
purchased one minute before the start of the sale or one minute after a sale
the sale price will not be honored.  Our
sales are meant to be a way to spark interest and give our regular customer who
subscribe to our store newsletter first shot to clear our inventory.
CUSTOM QUANTITY ORDERS
Due to the
problems
we’ve
had trying to fill custom order we now only other the quantities
listed in lots in our store.  However if
you can send us a neat composed list we will try our best to help you.
PRICING & BEST OFFERS:
The pricing
we set, we always make the low end on eBay and the internet.   The
pricing and service we offer we believe are high quality products that is lower
than the price you will find on any site or store, shipped to your door.
